Special Offer based on the following:
Karen Blixen Tented Camp - stay 4 nights, pay 3 nights
Pinewood Beach Resort - stay 7 nights, pay 6 nights
This fly-in holiday to Kenya offers excellent value for money as it takes advantage of special offers at both Karen Blixen Tented Camp in the Masai Mara, and at Pinewood Beach Resort, at Diani Beach.
We've also included a night at Ole Sereni, for convenience, as many of our guests tend to fly direct to Nairobi on British Airways -the evening arrival time making it necessary to overnight in the city. However all our holidays are tailor-made so please do discuss options with us.
Karen Blixen Tented camp sits in a lovely position on the Mara River in the Mara North Conservancy and offers fabulous opportunities for wildlife viewing. Flying in to the Masai Mara is a fabulous and exciting way to start your journey, while also maximising your holiday time. The flight offers superb views of Nairobi National Park, the Rift Valley and the Masai Mara. Once in camp you can enjoy twice daily game drives in an open sided 4x4 safari vehicle. Being situated in a private concession you can also enjoy bush dining and picnics. Back at camp there is a pool or you can watch wildife come and go from the riverbank.
Getting to Pinewood at Diani beach could not be easier. You fly from Mara North airstrip straight to Diani, without having to return via Nairobi. This flight often touches down in Tsavo and offers wonderful views over the park as you approach.
Pinewood is a long-time favourite with our staff and clients. This simple beach hotel has a fabulous spot on the white sands of Diani beach. There are plenty of activities, day trips and watersports available at your hotel and in the local area.
Both stays are all-inclusive leaving you to concentrate on having a good time.
The Real World Conservation Trust (formerly Real Africa Trust) works with leading conservation organisations to raise awareness as well as raising funds for specific projects. Partners include Save the Elephants, Save the Rhino, The Sheldrick Trust, Rhino Conservation Botswana, African Parks, Fauna & Flora International and Animals saving Animals. You can find out more on our Conservation pages. On behalf of every client travelling, Real Africa makes a £25 donation to the Trust. Our aim is to raise awareness about the plight of endangered species and to promote sustainable, socially responsible travel which benefits the wildlife and communities you choose to visit. You will have a chance to visit one of our partners, DSWT, during your trip. The Trust has fostered a number of elephants over the years and has donated over $25,000 to DSWT as a result of our Explorers against Extinction campaign. This is enough to fund more than 12 elephant rescues.
