You visit the Lower Zambezi and the South Luangwa - both teeming with wildlife. You have the option to enjoy a range of activities from guided game drives and walking in the bush, as well as river based activities on the Zambezi such as boat safaris.

Safari Itinerary

DAY 1-3

Lower Zambezi National Park
Fly to Lower Zambezi National Park. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Old Mondoro Camp. This classic safari camp is far from any crowds. With only 5 chalets, Old Mondoro Camp provides guests with an authentic Zambian safari, providing a “back to the bush” atmosphere that centres on the wildlife and wilderness experience. During your stay here enjoy walking safaris, game drives (day and night), canoeing, catch-and-release fishing and boat safaris. The game in this area is fantastic, with resident lion prides, high leopard populations and of course, huge families of elephant that pass-through camp regularly.

DAY 4-7

South Luangwa National Park
After your early morning game activity and breakfast, you will fly to South Luangwa where you will be met upon arrival and transferred to Kaingo. Kaingo's simple design makes you feel at home in the bush. Superbly positioned overlooking the Luangwa River deep within prime area of South Luangwa National Park, Kaingo provides an amazing opportunity to experience the Luangwa valley to its full.

DAY 8

Depart
After breakfast you will be transferred back to Mfuwe for your flight back to Lusaka.
