Safari Itinerary

DAY 1-4

Nyerere National Park
Fly to Nyerere. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your safari camp. This region of Tanzania has more than half of the country's elephant population, over 120,000 buffalos, and the 40,000-strong hippo and 4,000-strong lion populations are among the largest populations on the continent. Wild dogs can also be found here. Sand Rivers is perched high upon a rocky peninsula with commanding views of the Rufiji River. Enjoy varied safaris both on land and water during your stay.

DAY 5-8

Zanzibar
Early morning game drive is followed by breakfast, after which you will be transferred to the airstrip for your onward flight to Zanzibar. On arrival in Zanzibar, you will be met and transferred to Baraza Resort & Spa, a beautiful boutique resort. Check-in and enjoy your time at leisure.

DAY 9

Depart
Following breakfast check out you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight.
