For those who followed the trials and tribulations of Shakira and her 3 cubs, the Marsh pride of lions and the many other creatures featured on this great series, here is the chance to catch up on their progress. Governors camp, the safari camp that the production crew were based at, has made a video update of the animals and a general catch-up on the Masai Mara reserve.
It gives a great insight into the big cats behaviour, what is in front of them and the problems they face. As the series is not filming again next year, it is the only chance you will have to see the younger animals before they are driven off by their parents to find their own territory.
